Pay Information $1,842 per week About The Position Job Title: Rehabilitation Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN licensure Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - RN licensure - BLS certification Description: This is a position for a Rehabilitation Nurse in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting. The facility is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. The focus is on the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. Rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment for recovery. Patients typically include those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The nursing team will work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Patient ratios can vary but may be up to 1:7. Experience in rehabilitation is preferred, with common diagnoses including CVA, multitrauma, fractures, transplant, and cardiac issues.
