Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Franklin,
Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PACU - Post
Anesthesia Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/12/2026 -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours -
Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - PACU Job Details: •
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in preoperative and
postoperative phases • Conduct thorough assessments of patients'
physical and emotional status • Monitor patients for early signs of
complications and provide immediate interventions • Develop and
implement individualized patient care plans • Deliver comfort,
reassurance, and patient education throughout perioperative
experience • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and
interdisciplinary team members • Document assessments,
interventions, and outcomes according to facility policies •
Maintain safety and cleanliness of pre/postoperative care areas • 6
months of RN experience required; PACU, preop, postop, or critical
care experience preferred • Associates Degree in Nursing required
(BSN preferred) • Required certifications: Active RN License, BLS,
ACLS, PALS • Must demonstrate strong critical thinking and patient
assessment skills • Ability to respond effectively in emergency
situations required • Competence with electronic health records and
Microsoft Windows • Physical demands include lifting/moving up to
30 lbs regularly, 40 lbs occasionally, and up to 100 lbs in rare
cases • Frequent standing and walking required Facility: This
