Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Springfield, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,876 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: January 12, 2026 Location: Springfield, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3 days per week with every other weekend rotation Highlights: Medical-Surgical unit with 27 beds and 5:1 patient ratios Focus on post-operative care, particularly orthopedic patients Brand new equipment including computer on wheels and vital sign machines Transitioning to Meditech documentation system in April 2026 Unit secretaries available during day shift; techs available on all shifts Supportive team environment with experienced, tenured staff Requirements: Active Tennessee RN license or eligibility for compact licensure Medical-Surgical nursing experience required Experience with post-operative patients, especially orthopedic care BLS certification required ACLS certification preferred Competency with blood transfusions, IV therapy, and central line maintenance Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work with modern technology and be part of an exciting transition to a new electronic health record system.
