Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Hermitage, TN Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,882 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: December 1, 2025 Location: Hermitage, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend required; will float to other appropriate areas as needed Highlights: 33-bed medical-surgical unit located on the 6th floor of a state-of-the-art facility Patient ratios of 6:1 on day shift and 7:1 on night shift Supported by 3 patient care technicians per shift and unit secretary during day shift Utilize Meditech documentation system with standard equipment including IVs, Kangaroo pumps, and SCDs Collaborative team environment focused on delivering quality patient care Multiple positions available for qualified candidates Requirements: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain) Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred BLS certification required Ability to work rotating weekends and participate in unit floating rotation Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a well-staffed medical-surgical environment with strong support staff and manageable patient ratios.
