shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay:
$1,570 - $1,680 Unit Size: 18–24 beds Patient Ratio: 1:6 Scrub

Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Tennessee Registered Nurse
(RN) license required BLS certification (American Heart Association
preferred) Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience (2 years
preferred) Ability to float to other hospital units as needed Must
be able to work every other weekend and holiday Travel nurses must
reside more than 50 miles from the facility Med/Surg RN
Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to
medical-surgical patients Monitor, assess, and document patient
conditions and progress Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by healthcare providers Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Float
to other nursing units as required for clinical support Maintain
accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR Comply with all
