Join U.S. Renal Care as a Dialysis Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where you will be a crucial member of our dedicated healthcare team. Our centers are equipped with state-of-the-art dialysis machines and a supportive environment focused on patient-centric care. In this role, you will be directly involved in providing life-sustaining dialysis treatments to patients suffering from renal disease. Your primary objective is to maintain utmost safety during the dialysis process, monitor patient health, and support our patients emotionally and physically by providing excellent nursing care. Administer and monitor patient during dialysis treatment ensuring their comfort and safety. Perform and record patient assessments, vital signs, and medical history. Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure that it is operating correctly and safely. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and post-treatment care. Coordinate with renal dietitians and physicians to implement patient care plans. Report and record treatment information accurately and timely. Maintain a clean and sterile environment in compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills in dialysis and patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills. Ability to operate dialysis machines with accuracy. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license. CPR/BLS certification.
