Nashville, TN, is looking for a dedicated Quality Nurse Coordinator
to join our esteemed healthcare team. As a facility known for our
comprehensive emergency care, advanced cardiology, orthopedics, and
rehabilitation services, we emphasize both high-quality and
compassionate care. In this role, the successful candidate will be
pivotal in maintaining and improving our clinical quality standards
to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and compliance with
healthcare regulations. Monitor and evaluate clinical care to meet
quality standards and regulations. Implement quality improvement
initiatives and train staff on latest compliance protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop risk management
strategies. Prepare and present reports on quality improvement
efforts and outcomes to healthcare administration. Conduct audits
and reviews to ensure adherence to national safety and quality
standards. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and
standards. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to
detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data management and analysis software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Healthcare
Quality (CPHQ) preferred
