Job Description:
TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, a leading provider of
comprehensive healthcare services in Nashville, TN, is looking for
a dedicated RN Ortho Neuro to join our dynamic team. This role
focuses on delivering patient care for our orthopedics and
neurology departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to the
highest standards of safety and quality. At TriStar Southern Hills,
we prioritize teamwork and commitment to excellence to ensure the
best outcomes for our patients. Assess, plan, and implement nursing
care plans for orthopedic and neurology patients. Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Administer
medication and perform routine nursing care. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Educate
patients and their families on disease prevention and health
maintenance. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and neurologists
to enhance patient treatment efficiency and effectiveness. Strong
clinical skills in orthopedics and neurology Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing
multiple patient cases Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Tennessee BLS certification required; ACLS
preferred Orthopedic Nursing Certification (ONC) or Neuroscience
Nursing Certification (CNRN) advantageous
