TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, located in Nashville, TN, is seeking a dedicated RN Rehab Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our progressive healthcare team. Our facility, known for exceptional emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, and rehabilitation services, emphasizes high-quality, compassionate care. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation department, implementing patient care plans, coordinating with various healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to patients recovering from a range of illnesses and injuries. Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans in the rehabilitation department. Coordinate the activities of the nursing staff and supervise clinical operations. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and the rehabilitation team. Train and mentor new staff and provide ongoing education to existing staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical assessment and patient care planning Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) is preferred but not required.
