Job Description:
TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, TN is
seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our Acute Care team. This role is pivotal in delivering
high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
focused on emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, and
rehabilitation. As part of our nursing team, you will work closely
with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to upholding our reputation
for excellence in patient care. Your clinical expertise and
dedication to patient outcomes will drive your success in this
role, enhancing our community's health. Provide and coordinate
patient care, educate patients about various health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician
orders and established nursing policies and procedures. Monitor,
record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Maintain accurate patient medical records and document nursing
actions. Participate in the development and modification of care
plans in conjunction with other health professionals. Assist in the
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient
care. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Proficient in
using medical software and patient management systems Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work
effectively in a stressful and fast-paced environment Skill in
prioritization and multi-tasking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Tennessee BLS certification ACLS
preferred
