compassionate Labor and Delivery Float Pool Nurse to join our

top-notch health care across multiple labor and delivery units,
adapting to different environments and teams as needed. Our

patient outcomes. Provide comprehensive nursing care across various
labor and delivery environments, quickly adapting to the dynamics
of each unit. Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate
integrated and comprehensive care. Participate in patient and
family educational programs. Implement and monitor patient care
plans and adjust as needed. Maintain patient health records and
ensure all procedural requirements are followed. Support
departmental goals and strive to achieve the facility's standards
in patient satisfaction and safety. Strong clinical skills in labor
and delivery nursing Ability to adapt to new teams and environments
quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient
in electronic health record (EHR) systems Skills in emergency
response and patient monitoring Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license valid in the state of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
