Participate in discussions regarding patient diagnosis and treatment plan. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on post-hospital care. Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Competence in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee. BLS/ACLS Certification.
