Nurse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in
maintaining the highest standards of nursing care in our acute care
units, focusing on patient safety, quality outcomes, and optimal
hospital experience. The ideal candidate will coordinate all
aspects of nursing activities within the acute care setting,
ensuring compliance with applicable standards and fostering a
collaborative, supportive environment among healthcare staff.
Coordinate patient care planning and implementation across acute
care units. Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance
and professional development support. Ensure adherence to
healthcare regulations and standards for patient safety and care
quality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams to
streamline patient care processes. Analyze patient outcome data to
identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based
practices. Manage departmental staffing requirements and facilitate
ongoing educational opportunities for staff. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in managing healthcare information systems
Ability to handle high-stress environments and make critical
decisions Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation

Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
