Job Description:
TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center, a leading full-service
hospital situated in Smyrna, TN, is currently seeking a dedicated
and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedic
Medical-Surgical team. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier
patient care in an environment designed for optimal healing. Our
facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, a
state-of-the-art birthing center, and specialized surgical
services, providing a robust support system for our medical
professionals. In this position, you will handle a diverse
caseload, assist in surgeries, and ensure the highest standards of
patient care and safety. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and monitor post-surgical recovery. Educate
patients and their families on treatment protocols. Maintain
accurate patient records and prepare reports on patient status.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
Supervise and guide junior nursing staff and support personnel.
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using healthcare software
and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of
Tennessee BLS certified by the American Heart Association
Orthopedic Nurse Certified (ONC) preferred
