Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse
(RN) to join our Emergency Department team, focusing on providing
high-quality emergency care in a faith-based healthcare
environment. As a part of Ascension, you will have the opportunity

healthcare solutions. Our emergency department is a critical point
of care for the community, dealing with a diverse range of clinical
cases, from minor injuries to major emergencies. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in an emergency
setting. Rapidly identify the severity of patient illness or injury
and prioritize medical interventions. Administer medications,
maintain detailed records, and comply with hospital procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and a
multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Stay current
with advancements in emergency care and participate in ongoing
education and training. Ensure the safety and well-being of
patients at all times within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency
in all aspects of emergency care Strong decision-making and
critical thinking skills Ability to handle high stress situations
and make quick decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
required.
