(Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week
contract in Springfield, Tennessee — earn up to ($1643 - $1730 per
week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most

Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting
to ensure optimal recovery. Collaborate with healthcare team to
develop and implement patient care plans. Participate in ongoing
professional development and training opportunities. Assist in
achieving departmental targets and contribute to overall success.
Stay updated on best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the
team. Educate patients and families on health management and
post-discharge care. Engage in performance evaluations to identify
areas for personal growth. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain
a clean, organized work environment. Communicate effectively with
patients, families, and team members. Utilize electronic health
records to document patient information accurately. Participate in
quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Tennessee and BLS
certification required. Experience in MedSurg nursing with a proven
track record of patient care. Commitment to ongoing professional
development and learning opportunities. Strong communication skills
for effective patient and team interactions. Experience in patient
education and family health management. Proven ability to monitor
and document patient progress accurately. Ability to utilize
electronic health records for accurate documentation. Ability to
work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Familiarity with
quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings. Strong
