2 weekends/month (Fri–Sun) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $34.24–$45.75/hr (based on
experience) Shift Differentials: Nights: $3.75/hr Weekends:
$6.00/hr Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (50
miles) Job Description Position Overview Grow your nursing career
in a leadership role as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator on a
fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) . This is a hands-on
opportunity to lead staff, support quality patient care, and
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic acute-care
environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate
safe, patient-centered care. Provide coaching, training, and
real-time support to clinical staff. Collaborate with providers and
interdisciplinary team members. Participate in staff scheduling and
workflow oversight. Support admission and discharge processes for a
34-bed PCU. Monitor patients with: Chest pain, CVA/TIA, sepsis,
pulmonary conditions, neuro issues, and COVID-related diagnoses.
Infusions including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, and Lasix .
Qualifications Qualifications Required: Active RN license Bachelor
of Science in Nursing (BSN) Prior Charge Nurse experience BLS,
ACLS, and NIHSS Stroke Certification (required within 30 days of
