Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical conditions. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals. Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
