Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Dickson, TN Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,366 to $1,560 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN - Labor Delivery City/State: Dickson, Tennessee Shift: 19:00-07:00, Nights Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 03/02/2026 Job Description: This position requires charge experience in a Labor and Delivery setting, including labor and recovery of the mother, and transition of the newborn. Duties include daily and safety rounding on all patients. Responsibilities: Labor and recover the mother. Receive and transition the newborn, including assessment. Manage shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies. Administer fetal monitoring and manage inducing agents like Pitocin and Cervidil. Perform C-sections, circumcisions, intra-uterine monitoring, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries. Requirements: Labor and delivery experience. Charge nurse experience. Certifications: BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring training. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part III L & D
