Job Description Job Description Tennessee Mens Clinic, powered by MensPro Health, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to lead daily operations at our specialty mens health clinic in Murfreesboro. This role is ideal for a proactive, performance-driven leader with a passion for patient-centered care and operational excellence. Our clinic provides advanced treatments in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), erectile dysfunction (ED), weight management, and comprehensive mens wellness services. Establish and refine workflows to maintain smooth clinic functioning. Team Leadership Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise both clinical and administrative staff. Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture with a strong focus on patient outcomes. Patient Experience Champion a superior patient experience by maintaining a warm, professional, and patient-focused environment. Address patient concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all federal and state regulatory standards. Implement and maintain internal quality control processes. Scheduling & Workflow Management Manage staff and provider schedules to optimize productivity and reduce patient wait times. Oversee daily patient flow to ensure a seamless visit experience. Inventory & Supplies Maintain appropriate levels of medical and office supplies. Manage vendor relationships and oversee purchasing and inventory control. Marketing & Outreach Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to grow the clinics presence. Collaborate with leadership to promote mens health services and increase patient volume. Requirements College degree preferred but not required. 35 years of healthcare or clinic management experience, ideally in mens health, urology, endocrinology, wellness, or related specialties. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks). Demonstrated ability to achieve operational, financial, and performance goals. Familiarity with TRT and mens wellness services is a strong plus. Must be able to work on-site in Murfreesboro, TN.
