Gadsden, AL Join a well-established ophthalmology group with a
focus on cataract and anterior segment surgery in the heart of
Northeast Alabama. This role offers a chance to step into a
high-demand practice model with a strong referral base from

Overview You'll join a team of three experienced ophthalmologists
with support from skilled ophthalmic technicians Operate in 2-3
clinic sites and 2 ambulatory surgery centers Perform a variety of
procedures, including cataracts, premium IOLs, and MIGS Enjoy a
referral-driven practice with no physician turnover in the past
five years Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a balance
of clinic and OR days 2-3 OR days per week with blocked time for
surgical cases Manage a patient volume of 25-50 per clinic day
Minimal call burden to support work-life balance Compensation &
Benefits Employed position with a one-year income guarantee $425k -
$475K Production incentives based on collections, plus possible
signing bonus Comprehensive benefits including malpractice
insurance with tail coverage PTO of 4 weeks plus 1 week for CME,
and a CME allowance Candidate Requirements Open to MD or DO
candidates with U.S. or international medical training Experience
in cataract and anterior segment surgery preferred; glaucoma or
