Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled
Occupational Therapist is needed to support students in a school
setting located in Madison, MS. This role involves providing
therapeutic services that help students develop the skills
necessary for academic success and daily living. The position
requires travel between school sites to deliver individualized and
group therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate students to
identify their occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement
personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and other professionals to support student progress. Monitor and
document student outcomes and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
Provide guidance and training to school staff regarding adaptive
techniques and assistive technology. Desired Qualifications: Valid
Occupational Therapist licensure. Experience working in
school-based settings preferred. Ability to travel between multiple
locations within the district. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Commitment to supporting students academic
