Job Description Job Description Associate or Bachelor's degree
in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology
(ARRT), and 1 year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an opportunity to develop essential skills in cardiovascular
technology by assisting during diagnostic and therapeutic invasive
procedures in a cath lab environment. The role focuses on training
to support physicians during procedures, operate specialized
equipment, and maintaining sterile technique. The candidate will be
working primarily with adult and geriatric patients, gaining
experience across a variety of cardiovascular interventions.

Responsibilities: Train to assist physicians during cardiovascular
cath and electrophysiology (EP) procedures Learn to function in
monitoring, scrubbing, or circulating roles during interventions
Prepare and educate patients on procedures, ensuring comfort and
privacy Maintain sterile technique and adhere to safety protocols
Participate in cath lab on-call rotations after orientation Assist
in maintaining compliance with regulatory and performance standards
Handle departmental communications and maintain equipment and
supply levels Provide patient and family education related to
procedures and post-procedural care Qualifications & Desired
Experience: Associates degree in Health Science or completion of an
accredited Radiologic Science program preferred; Bachelors degree
in Health Science also a plus Certification in BLS and ACLS
required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire Prior medical
experience preferredexperience in cardiovascular cath lab setting
strongly favored Basic understanding of cardiovascular anatomy,
hemodynamics, electrocardiography, and electrophysiology equipment
Ability to communicate effectively in English and maintain positive
relationships with team members and patients Flexibility to work
scheduled shifts and participate in on-call rotations Schedule: Day
shift: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, four 10-hour days per week On-call
duties approximately 15 shifts per 4-week cycle, including 1-2
weekend calls per month (Friday through Sunday) Additional Perks:
