Job Opportunity – Women's Services / NICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Hermitage, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM Highlights: 24-bed LDRP unit with 10-bed NICU providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care Patient ratios: 1:1-2 labor patients, 1:4 postpartum, 1:4 well infants, 1:2-3 NICU Electronic documentation system (CPN) with Fetal Monitoring and Alaris IV Pumps Dedicated unit support team including RNs, unit coordinator, PCTs, and lactation consultants No floating policy – work exclusively within Women's Services/NICU Exposure to labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and NICU patient populations Requirements: Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state eligibility BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required Experience with labor and delivery, postpartum care, and/or NICU preferred Proficiency with fetal monitoring equipment and neonatal care protocols Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the unique opportunity to work across the full spectrum of maternal and neonatal care in a modern women's services unit.
