Job Description:
Join Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing as a Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) and be a part of a team dedicated to
improving the lives of our patients. Our center focuses on
providing top-tier rehabilitation services and long-term care to
help individuals recover from surgeries, injuries, or illnesses. As
an LPN at our facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering
high-quality medical care and supporting the wellness journey of
each patient. Monitoring patient health and documenting their
medical history. Administering medication and treatments as
prescribed by physicians. Assisting with daily needs such as
bathing, dressing, and feeding. Collaborating with registered
nurses and doctors to plan and manage patient care. Educating
patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care.
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with
healthcare procedures, rules, and regulations. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of
accuracy in medication administration Ability to handle high-stress
situations compassionately and effectively Proficient in using
medical software and patient care management systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current LPN license in the state of employment Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be
advantageous
