Job Description:
Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our
team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality
care tailored to the individual needs of our patients. We are

achieving outstanding clinical outcomes. Monitor patients' health
condition, administer medications, and update health records.
Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans. Provide basic patient care and
treatments, such as dressing wounds and administering prescribed
medication. Advocate for the health and well-being of patients,
ensuring compassionate and effective care. Educate patients and
their families on disease prevention and health maintenance
techniques. Comply with all safety protocols and maintain the
confidentiality of patient information. Strong nursing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
clinical protocols and health information systems Ability to work
effectively in a team and independently Strong organizational and
multitasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state
of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
