Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Bowling Green, KY Agency: Convergence Medical Staffing Pay: $1,866 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 6 Weeks Start Date: 3/1/2026 About the Position PTA or COTA - Potentially some weekend shifts too • It is 8a-4:30p shift • Monday through Friday; EOW to be discussed in interview, if needed. • Inpatient rehabilitation hospital - 75 beds, new brain injury unit ; treats spinal cord injury, Ortho rehab and stroke patients. • The productivity expectation is 75% • The number of patients the therapists would see would usually 6-8 for varying amounts of time • They have assigned beds and work with the same OT/ST staff most days • We do groups and doubles for some of the patients • EMR is HMS Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core I Core II Core III Do not use abbreviations Job Description - Physical Therapy Assistant License / Certification OSHA Skills Checklist Skills Test
