Full-Time Opportunity Freedom Hormone Therapy is a modern men's health clinic specializing in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). Our mission is to help men regain energy, confidence, and optimize their health through evidence-based hormone therapy and personalized care. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in hormone replacement therapy and men's health to join our team. This role will begin as a part-time contractor position with a clear path to full-time employment within 3–6 months as patient volume grows. Compensation - $75–$90 per hour (1099 contractor), based on experience - Consistent daytime schedule (no nights or weekends) - Clear path to full-time role - Opportunity for increased compensation as clinic grows Responsibilities - Conduct initial TRT consultations and patient evaluations - Order, interpret, and review laboratory results - Prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy under Medical Director supervision - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols - Perform injections when needed - Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations - Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation Requirements - Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license (required) - 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred - Direct experience in hormone replacement therapy (TRT/HRT) required - Experience in men's health required - Comfortable independently evaluating and managing patients - Strong communication and patient-care skills - Professional, reliable, and growth-oriented mindset Ideal Candidate You are confident managing TRT patients, comfortable working in a growing clinic environment, and excited to be part of a high performance men's health practice.
