Job Description This hospital employed 12 physician integrated cardiology practice is seeking a board certified/board eligible Interventional Cardiologist. Cookeville, TN is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. The new physician will have a mix of both general cardiology and performing invasive non-interventional exploratory cath. procedures. The only tertiary cardiology program for a 14-county area, known as the Upper Cumberland region, is the sole STEMI referral center and provides the most cardiology services in this area. Cookeville’s two cardiac surgeons provide high quality coronary bypass and valve surgery program inclusive of TAVR, MitraClip & Watchman.
