Job Description:

professionals to apply for the position of Pediatric Intensive Care
Unit (PICU) Nurse. As a vital member of our dedicated healthcare
team, the PICU Nurse will focus on delivering high-quality,
specialized care to critically ill or injured children. Our
facility is committed to providing state-of-the-art healthcare
services, and the PICU team plays a crucial role in achieving
positive outcomes for our youngest patients Assess, plan and
administer patient care specific to those with critical health
conditions in the pediatric age group. Work collaboratively with
pediatricians and other medical professionals to formulate
treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and respond to medical
emergencies as necessary. Educate and support the families of
pediatric patients. Maintain patient records and prepare reports on
patient status and care. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions
under pressure In-depth knowledge of pediatric health conditions
and treatments Proficient in using medical software for patient
management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Certified Pediatric
Nurse (CPN) preferred
