Educate patients and their families on illness and preventative care, establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support. Participate in clinical trials and stay updated with advancements in healthcare to enhance treatment protocols. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems Capability to perform under stress in emergency situations Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient safety Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
