Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks a seasoned Radiology Supervisor to lead our radiology department. This role encompasses overseeing diagnostic imaging services, ensuring operational excellence, and meeting our high standards of patient care. The successful candidate will be a key player in executing our mission to enhance community health using state-of-the-art imaging technology within a supportive and collaborative environment. Manage day-to-day operations of the radiology department, including staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, and patient scheduling. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards, including safety and quality guidelines. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and patient care quality. Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to integrate radiology services across the center. Monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenditures. Promote continuous education and professional development among staff. Proficient in various radiological imaging techniques and safety protocols. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions quickly. Competence in healthcare compliance and regulatory standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid and active certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Licensed as a radiologic technologist in the state of West Virginia.
