Williamson Health and Wellness Center, a pioneer in community-based health services in Williamson, WV, is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to lead our radiology department. This role involves overseeing the radiological services, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with health regulations, and integrating technological advancements in radiographic imaging into our service delivery. The position calls for a leader who can maintain a collaborative team environment and contribute to our mission of enhancing community health. Manage daily operations of the radiology department. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Supervise and train radiology staff. Oversee the maintenance and functionality of radiological equipment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate radiological services with other patient care services. Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures. Manage departmental budget and resources. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficient in the use of radiological technology and diagnostic procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment. Capability to maintain patient confidentiality and sensitivity. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid and active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). State licensure as required.
