Job Description:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay: $26.00–$32.50 per hour
(based on experience) Bonus: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Shift

LPN , you will provide direct nursing care to residents while
collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care
team. You’ll play a key role in supporting rehabilitation goals,
ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a long-term care setting.
? Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health
status, including vital signs Assist residents with activities of
daily living (ADLs) as needed Collaborate with rehabilitation team
members to support recovery goals Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations
Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
Ensure a clean, safe environment by following infection control
protocols &Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license Strong clinical skills, including medication administration
