Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center, located in the vibrant heart
of Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated and skilled
Respiratory Therapist to join our expert team. As an integral part
of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for providing
top-tier respiratory care services to patients with breathing or
other cardiopulmonary disorders. Working in a state-of-the-art
environment, you will collaborate with a team of experienced
healthcare professionals to deliver treatment that adheres to the
highest standards of medical care. Assess and treat patients with
breathing disorders. Initiate and manage mechanical ventilators for
patients who cannot breathe normally on their own. Monitor and
record the respiratory care of critical patients in the ICU.
Educate patients and families on lung health and disease
prevention. Participate in emergency resuscitation teams and airway
management. Ensure strict adherence to hospital protocols and
safety standards. Proficient in ventilator management Ability to
perform endotracheal intubation Strong diagnostic and patient care
skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Medical

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory
Therapist (RRT) as recognized by the National Board for Respiratory
Care (NBRC) Current CPR/BLS certification State licensure as
required
