Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) As an LPN , you will provide direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. You’ll play a key role in supporting rehabilitation goals, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a long-term care setting. ? Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health status, including vital signs Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to support recovery goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations Provide emotional support and education to residents and families Ensure a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols Qualifications: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care BLS/CPR certification required Benefits: Competitive wages $10,000 sign-on bonus Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid holidays Paid sick time Paid vacation Why Join Us?
