HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN Clinical Manager to oversee our home health services. This role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care in accordance with HCA Healthcare’s high standards. The Clinical Manager will supervise nursing staff, manage clinical practices, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and operational efficiency, aligning with our mission to improve human life. Oversee the daily operations of home health services. Manage, evaluate, and train nursing staff. Ensure compliance with health care laws, regulations, and HCA policies. Develop and implement standards of care and nursing practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care. Monitor and manage patient care to ensure compliance with treatment plans. Conduct performance evaluations and manage quality improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff Proficient in clinical protocols and home health regulations Ability to manage multiple priorities and staff accountability Skilled in data analysis and clinical decision-making Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Certified Home Health Manager (preferred)
