dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager to lead our dynamic team

overseeing the daily operations of the cardiac catheterization lab,
managing staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and
promoting excellence in patient care. This position is pivotal in
maintaining our high standards and expanding our mission to improve
human life by providing outstanding heart care. Oversee clinical
operations of the cardiac catheterization lab. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Manage and
develop a team of skilled nurses and healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize
patient outcomes. Administer budgets, manage resources, and
optimize workflow. Implement and assess quality improvement
initiatives. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in using
medical software and patient management systems Capable of making
quick and effective decisions under pressure Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certification required
Certification in Cardiovascular Nursing (CVRN) preferred
