Required 70-80% Commercial Payer Mix 4 Experienced Nurse
Practitioners (handle wellness visits) 4,200 square foot clinic 7
exam rooms (soon to be 8) Consultation Room Procedure Room with
Ultrasound Urodynamic Testing in Clinic Nitrous Oxide available for
patients Patients 18 years of age & older Laborist program takes
all unassigned Average 2 phone calls per week Current Physician
called in to ER twice all last year Great mentorship available for
