Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
Inpatient Rehab Nurse Manager to lead our dynamic rehabilitation
team. This managerial role is pivotal in ensuring that our
rehabilitation services are delivered with excellence and
compassion, upholding HCA Healthcare's commitment to improving
patient health. The successful candidate will oversee the nursing
staff and daily operations of our inpatient rehab unit, ensuring
all care provided meets the highest standards. Key duties include
staff management, policy implementation, patient care coordination,
and compliance with healthcare regulations. Join us and contribute

patients every day. Oversee the daily operations of the inpatient
rehabilitation unit. Supervise and evaluate nursing staff to ensure
quality care delivery. Develop and implement policies and
procedures that comply with medical and health regulations.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to improve efficiency and
effectiveness of rehabilitation services. Manage budgets, staffing
requirements, and resource allocation efficiently. Monitor patient
care and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Lead
quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the unit.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Thorough knowledge of rehabilitation
services and procedures Ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced
environment Proficient in healthcare management systems and
electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid
nursing license. Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN) is
highly preferred. BLS/ACLS certification.
