In this role, you'll provide essential support to our physical therapists, assisting in the implementation of care plans for patients in home settings. This position is pivotal in helping patients regain mobility and ensure the continuity of care in the comfort of their homes. Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Perform patient assessments and report on their progress. Educate patients and their families on treatment and care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Adhere to all state regulations and health and safety guidelines. Knowledge of physical therapy principles and equipment. Ability to handle physical demands of the position. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist Assistant license valid in the state of practice. CPR certified.
