Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a premier provider of home healthcare
services, is seeking a compassionate and diligent Home Health
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for full-time weekend
shifts. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to
patients in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring the highest
quality of care is delivered. Working closely with patients and
families, you will administer medications, manage pain, and
document patient progress. You will be an essential part of a team
that helps patients achieve their maximum potential and improve
their quality of life. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by physicians Monitor patient health status and respond
to changes in condition Educate patients and families on treatment
plans and home health care procedures Maintain accurate, detailed
reports and records of patient care Collaborate with
multidisciplinary team members to provide optimal care Ensure
compliance with all health and safety regulations Support patient
and family emotional and psychological needs Strong clinical skills
in a home health setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability
to work independently and manage time effectively Strong
problem-solving and critical thinking skills Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice CPR certified Driver’s license and
reliable transportation
