Columbia, Tennessee Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking
an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and
community-focused practice in Columbia, Tennessee. Our hospital is
dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized veterinary
care while strengthening the human-animal bond. We proudly serve
pets and families throughout Columbia, Spring Hill, Thompson's
Station, and surrounding communities through a comprehensive range
of medical, surgical, and wellness services. This opportunity is

Our Practice Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is a modern,
full-service small animal hospital offering comprehensive care that
includes preventative medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics,
ultrasound, and excellent boarding services. Our veterinarians are
supported by licensed technicians and experienced veterinary
assistants, allowing doctors to focus on providing exceptional
medical care. Culture & Mentorship Our team culture is built around

begins with doctor rounds, giving our veterinarians the opportunity
to discuss cases, share insights, and support one another. Our
Medical Director is deeply committed to mentorship and believes
strongly in developing the next generation of veterinarians. New
graduates are welcome and will benefit from a supportive learning
environment, while experienced veterinarians will have the
opportunity to expand their clinical interests. Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will: • Provide high-quality medical and
surgical care to small animal patients • Develop trusting
relationships with clients through clear communication and
education • Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to
deliver excellent patient care • Participate in case discussions
and hospital rounds • Contribute to the continued growth and
success of the hospital • An interest in surgery or a willingness
to develop surgical skills is highly valued. Schedule • Full-time •
Rounds at 8am and first appointment at 8:30am. Last appointment at
5:30pm • Two Saturdays per month required (8:00 AM-1:00 PM)
