Medix is currently seeking a dedicated clinician for a travel opening at our client's facility. Responsibilities: Perform cardiac PET/CT acquisitions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Administer radiopharmaceuticals using aseptic techniques and following ALARA guidelines. Follow all Radiation Safety Guidelines and Procedures, including proper waste disposal. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy rights. Proficiently utilize diagnostic imaging EMR workflows (Touchworks preferred). Requirements Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT or NMTCB preferred). At least 2 years of experience with nuclear imaging. Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards.
