Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent credential required. Active state SLPA certification or license for Tennessee required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adult or geriatric populations in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred. Experience implementing SLP-established treatment plans, documentation in electronic medical records, and use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices preferred. Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed SLP and follow facility protocols required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
