As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in crafting personalized nutrition plans, conducting assessments, and leading educational workshops to promote healthier lifestyle choices among our patients. Conduct nutritional assessments and evaluations of individual patient health needs Design and implement bespoke dietary care plans to aid in patient health and recovery Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits, nutritional awareness, and disease prevention Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness Lead community workshops that advocate nutritional education and healthy living Monitor and document patient progress and adjust dietary plans as needed Strong knowledge of biochemistry, medical nutrition therapy, and foodservice systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to translate complex dietary concepts into easy-to-understand plans for patients Proficient in dietary assessment tools and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
