Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Manager Pharmacy Engagement
to lead and enhance the pharmacy operations across our vast
network. This role focuses on optimizing patient outcomes and
ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. As part of
our dedicated team, you'll spearhead initiatives that improve
medication management processes, oversee compliance with healthcare
regulations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
innovate and implement strategic pharmacy engagement methodologies.
Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of caring
for and improving human life, making an impact on the communities
we serve. Develop and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy
services and patient engagement. Lead compliance with all
applicable pharmacy regulations and standards of practice.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate pharmacy operations
smoothly across all patient care areas. Monitor and optimize
inventory management and medication use processes. Implement
patient-centered initiatives and enhance staff training and
development. Evaluate and utilize new technologies and
methodologies to improve pharmaceutical care. Strong leadership and
organizational skills In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations and
regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently Proven ability to
work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Pharmacist
licensure in the state of practice Board Certification in
Pharmacotherapy Specialists (BCPS) desirable
