Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to join our team in Williamson, WV. This role is crucial in ensuring that all medical equipment functions safely and effectively, supporting the delivery of exceptional care. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and repairing a variety of medical devices, and will play a key role in enhancing our community health initiatives through technical expertise. Perform routine maintenance and safety tests on medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning medical devices. Install new medical equipment and provide training to healthcare staff on its proper use. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment warranties. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to tailor equipment setup to patient needs. Strong technical and mechanical skills Proficiency in using diagnostic tools for medical equipment Ability to read and understand technical manuals Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and training abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) preferred.
