Summary of Job: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead a team of skilled trade personnel dedicated to providing exceptional maintenance and service for our commercial HVAC customers. As the HVAC Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, effective work processes, and exemplary leadership within your designated zones. Your role will encompass overseeing staffing, managing work priorities, fostering team development, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols. Education and Experience: Universal EPA Certification Minimum of 5 years of technical field experience NEC/NFPA/EPA Local Codes Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate Manufacturers equipment certifications a plus Multiple seminar certifications a plus MS Office Suite Project Management Skills and Abilities: Must have excellent written communications skills Must possess excellent time management skills Must have excellent oral communications skills Must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks Must be able to deal with difficult people Must have excellent organizational skills Must be able to work well with other technicians and trade professionals Company Perks & Benefits Our mission at Lee Company is to create a workplace where our employees can thrive , and we back that up with action.
