Physical Therapist Location: Ardmore, TN Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,887 to $2,087 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required. Experience with split-site assignments or floating between facilities is required. This assignment splits time between Ardmore and Fayetteville, TN. Documentation and electronic medical record proficiency required. Patient handling and mobility equipment experience required (e.g., Hoyer lift, gait belts, parallel bars). Preferred: previous travel PT experience and outpatient or long-term care experience. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift details: SPLIT. Assignment location split between Ardmore and Fayetteville, TN. Candidate must be able to float between assigned facilities as needed.
